Credits and usage
Updated 2026-05-31
TelkNet currently uses a credit-only model. Each tool has a base credit cost shown before submission, and some advanced tools adjust the final reserved credits by selected parameters or presets.
When credits are deducted
For signed-in users, credits are reserved when a task is accepted. The reservation is confirmed when the task completes successfully. Anonymous runs are tracked by the anonymous token and can be linked to an account after registration.
When credits are refunded
If a server-side task fails after credits were reserved, TelkNet automatically refunds the reserved credits. Refund behavior is tied to the task lifecycle recorded by the Platform API; invalid files, invalid parameters, or unsuitable source material may be rejected before normal completion.
Daily credits
Signed-in users automatically receive daily credits on their first visit each day. The default grant is 1,000 credits; administrators can adjust the amount, balance cap and availability. Check your balance and credit history for the actual grant.
Model and batch prices
Merged tool pages keep each model’s own parameters, execution route and credit price. Check the selected model’s quote before submitting; canvas size, sampler, candidate count and speech preset can change it. Batches are charged by processing units: 2 units cost 4 times the unit price, 4 cost 10 times, 10 cost 40 times and 20 cost 112 times. Each batch allows at most 20 units, without a discount cap. Model comparisons and multiple candidates also count as units. The total is allocated across tasks; a failed task refunds only its own reservation. Price changes do not reprice submitted tasks or change existing balances or daily grants.
