Credits and usage
TelkNet currently uses a credit-only model. Each tool has a fixed credit cost shown before submission.
When credits are deducted
For signed-in users, credits are reserved when a task is accepted. The reservation is confirmed when the task completes successfully. Anonymous runs are tracked by the anonymous token and can be linked to an account after registration.
When credits are refunded
If a server-side task fails after credits were reserved, TelkNet automatically refunds the reserved credits. Refund behavior is tied to the task lifecycle recorded by the Platform API; invalid files, invalid parameters, or unsuitable source material may be rejected before normal completion.
Daily credits
When a signed-in user enters the site on a new day, TelkNet automatically calls the daily-claim endpoint once for that browser session. The default grant is 1,000 credits, but the live amount, balance cap, and claim availability are controlled by the admin daily-claim config. Your account balance and transaction history are the source of truth.
